Write to hi@darkmap.co and we will answer. It helps if you include your device model, iOS version and the app version (Settings › Version at the bottom of the app).
I bought unlimited readings but the app still asks me to pay.
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases". The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought it with. If it still does not appear, write to us with the date of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will try to fix it.
The app says it cannot get my location.
DarkMap needs location access while you use it. Check iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › DarkMap and make sure it is set to "While Using the App". Indoors the first fix can take a few seconds.
Do I have to walk to the coordinate?
No. The reading is complete on your screen. Going there is optional and always your decision — take care of your surroundings and never enter private property.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Delete account, inside the app. It removes your profile and everything attached to it immediately, and it cannot be undone.
Are the stories real?
No. Every record attached to a coordinate is fiction written for the app. It is not history or news about real people and places.
